Executive Health Programme
We understand that executives are under increasing pressure to achieve and succeed which can leave them with very little time to prioritise themselves resulting in adverse effect on their personal health and wellbeing. However their health and wellbeing should be a priority as it is essential for a healthy mind and body to overcome the adverse effects of challenge, stretch and stress on the body which will eventually affect their performance.
Our 3 month program is a confidential executive wellness and lifestyle plan. Executives are paired with a dedicated highly experienced Health Coach experienced in behaviour modification and together they work to create a personalised health and wellbeing program, set goals and achieve success through the implementation of healthier lifestyle choices to fit into their hectic lifestyle. We will provide focus for executives on their goals and achieving them.
Our Executive Health Coaching program is flexible, the consultations, health screenings, and program goals are tailored to the executive's personal needs and corporate considerations. The executive is supported through a combination of face to face, skype, email and phone contact sessions, so at home or abroad the executive is supported. We look to empower the individual to make better more informed health choices and embed these as habits.
Our coaching programme options offer constructive bridges between the root causes of health problems and their solutions. The coaching sessions are designed to bring about positive lifestyle change designed to work in conjunction with the exercise programme we have tailored to you. It will give you the impetus to change existing unhealthy and unproductive patterns of behaviour to healthier more positive ones.
121 lifestyle coaching– 45 minute session exploring your lifestyle challenges and bringing about positive change utilising a number of behaviour change tools.
Lifestyle discussion groups– 60 minute group sessions with no more than 10 participants. Consisting of a 20 minute presentation on a health related subject followed by a peer group mentoring discussion session led by a health coach.
Telephone coaching – 15 minute phone coaching session once a week designed to keep you motivated and moving in a positive direction towards your goals discussing your exercise regime, any lifestyle challenges that you are experiencing and setting new goals if applicable.
