Lisa Roberts

Lisa’s journey into the fitness industry comes from a personal position as she was once overweight reaching 17st 10lb and a size twenty after becoming a mother of two.  However enough was enough and she turned her life around through healthy eating and introducing activity into her life; she is now a size ten.  Lisa’s transformation spurned an interested in health and fitness having competed in a number of adventure races and 10k runs and culminated in her becoming a respected Zumba and exercise to music instructor in the Warwickshire area.

Lisa has a Diploma in Personal training, her journey gives her an advantage over her competition as she has been where many of her clients are and successfully made the change enabling her to empathise better with the challenges that many of her clients face. Lisa is passionate about making a difference to life with fitness and believes that fitness should be fun and rewarding but at the same time it must be hard work to achieve those results we all want.

Martin Noddings

Martin was formally a member of the British Military and has a distinguished sporting career having been in the GB bobsleigh squad, captain of the England Taekwon Do team holding numerous European and British titles as well as competing at combined service level in Athletics and Rugby.  He was formally the trainer therapist to Benetton F1 team drivers and has trained numerous international sports men and celebrities. 

Martin entered the fitness industry as a personal trainer after leaving the military 22 years ago. He began his education in health and fitness performance while undertaking a Master’s degree in sport and exercise science and further enhancing his education with numerous Diplomas as well as numerous personal training, clinical condition and injury rehabilitation.  As well as his extensive experience in exercise and sports performance his training in behaviour change psychology, Motivational Interviewing, sets him apart from the typical Personal Trainer allowing him to deal with your challenges and negative habits supporting you and assisting you forward in your wellbeing programme effectively to achieve success.

His career has seen him as Training Director for a leading Training company qualifying people to become Personal Trainers which gives him extensive experience as well as a senior role in Bupa heading up their corporate health and wellbeing strategy and proposition development.  He teaches martial arts and combative techniques.
